The Puffer Cottage is on the ground floor, however there are steps into and out of the cottage. 

The sitting, dining and bedroom areas are fully carpeted.  

Heating is by night store heaters and an electric coal effect stove.

The lounge benefits from comfortable chairs, dining table and chairs along with Sky TV and there is broadband available throughout the cottage.

The bedroom has a zip and link king sized bed that will convert to twin beds. There are mirrored full length wardrobes, a dressing table and a hairdryer is also provided.

Bathroom with panelled bath, electric shower and WC. Mirror and shaving point. Electric towel rail.

The Kitchen is equipped with electric 4 ringed hob cooker plus oven and grill. There is a dish washer, microwave, fridge freezer,kettle and toaster. In addition to crockery and glass etc a good selection of kitchen utensils are available, iron and ironing board, and cleaning equipment.

The rent includes all bed linen, hand and bath towels, and electricity but we reserve the right to make a supplement charge in the Winter.

There is car parking at the rear of the main house.
